Understanding Horses

For those of you out there that have given their heart to equestrian or a specific horse, understand how important it is for you to understand these animals. Horses are not only 10times the size and weight of us humans, but they are also 10 times stronger. Horses are like large dogs and to completely understand them you must first know what it takes to gain a horses trust.

One:

Know them on a personal level. I know it seems weird, most people don't think horses and dogs are remotely the same when it comes to building a relationship with an animal. Well, you couldn't be more wrong. If you have a personal relationship with your horse you will not only allow him/her to trust you more, but you will be able to train him and have him respect you more. Make a certain noise, a whistle or a way you say his/her name to make him know its you, reward this behavior with a treat.

Two:

Bond with him over training. Make sure this bonding activity that you made with your horse is something you can carry over in training. It is important to reward good behavior much like dogs, with treats and positive reinforcements. Horses are much like large dogs, like I said before. All they really want is to be loved, and of course fed. If you treat them like big dogs, apart from coming inside your house and letting them sit on your lap, you'll be fine.

Three:

If you give time and dedication to your horse it is truly the only way you will be able to understand him. Horses, like dogs, cats, and even humans all have different personalities. It is important that you take the time to get to know your horse. This is key in being able to understand horses in general. Be strong, firm, yet caring when dealing with your horse.

How To Fix A Broken Family Relationship

When it comes to families it is almost impossible to pretend like you have the perfect one. Everyone fights and everyone screams, but when it comes down to it, it doesn't have to be like that. It is really easy to fix a bad relationship. All you need to do is change your attitude and make it happen. I have had a lot of experience fixing broken relationships I have with my family. Here are some of the thing that helped me

One:

Rebuild respect. This is the first step in trying to mend a family relationship. When everyone respects each other it makes for a healthy environment. If you have a hard time respecting someone in your family chances are is because you don't have their respect or they are inferior to you in your eyes. Change this. You can do this by having them take you to do something that they are good at, whether it be racing cars, cleaning, or even cooking.

Two:

The second step to mending a broken relationship in your family is communication. Chances are the reason you don't have a good relationship with your loved one is because you don't talk to him or her. If you feel as though there is nothing to talk about, make something. Whether it be getting him hooked on a new TV show, or buying your mother a plant that she has to plant, and you can teach her. Its all about finding a connection and a common ground.

Three:

Test it. I know its hard to get along with your family, especially if you didn't have respect or a common interest with them. But now that you do it is important to take it to the next level. Plan a family reunion or family vacation that you can all go on together. It will be great for your relationship and it will create memories that will last for the rest of your lives.

However, from this number it will end up being clear as to what car you have a connection to.

Three:

Speak financials. After you have a few cars that you test drove and absolutely loved, you will now have to sit down and figure out which car is the best for the price. Because they are all already in your price range this makes the decision a bit harder. Talk to your family and friends and see what is best for you and don't forget to think about where you will be with this car in the future.

How To Lose Weight

A lot of people feel as though it is impossible to lose weight. Well I am here to tell you that it is way easier than most people think. You don't have to spend hundreds of dollars a month or go run 500miles a day to lose weight and look the way you want. There are a few things that I have done on my own that really work. You will be happy with the way you look and feel if you follow these three simple rules.

Rule One:

Diet. There is nothing more important when trying to lose weight then diet. It is true that a lot of those diet plans work, however you can do exactly that from your home without having to go in debt because of it. All you really need to do is stick to the daily carb limit, and keep your fatty acids, and trans-fats down. Stay away from soda or foods that are high in sugar and fats. Eat little and often, and drink a great deal of water, this will help speed up your metabolism.

Rule Two:

Work out regularly. I know it can be hard to find the motivation to work out everyday, especially because you cant see the results immediately. Well, 80% of people that start working out to lose weight quit within the first month. And it is proven that those same 80% of people would have started seeing results within the following two months after that. All it takes is patience, dedication and the willpower to really make a difference.

Rule Three:

Positive attitude. This may seem strange to make as a rule, but this could be the most important of all the riles. This is because a positive attitude will make or break your ability to actually lose the weight you really want to. Without a good attitude you might as well not even start trying to lose weight. Get excited about becoming a new person and set high goals for yourself. You can do it. Good luck.

What Can Help Motivate You?

Motivation is key to life. Though most people don't see it this way, those who go to a job everyday that they hate requires a motivation. Whether it be the money earned, the family at home that you have to feed, or the look on your mothers face when she says how proud she is. No matter what it is, everything we as humans do require a little bit of something we call motivation, the desire, or the urge to do something. If you have lost your motivation for something, here is how you can restore it.

One:

Set goals. In motivation it is key to have a certain goal that you plan on meeting. If you are a competitive person, even better. When there is a certain goal or something that you wish to achieve in your site for the future it allows you to keep track on the things in which you must do in order to reach that goal. You must set goals based on time. They must be achievable, there must be strategy involved, and the goal must be measurable.

Two:

When trying to get your motivation back it is important that you come to terms with why you are going what you are doing. If it is a job think about why you need to keep it, whether it be family, financials, etc. If it is a sport or another activity, try to go back to the basics. Maybe it has gotten to competitive for you and you just want to have fun. Break it down and go back to the place were you enjoyed it the most.

Three:

Convince yourself. It is crazy how much control your mind has over your body. If you wake up in the morning and say I am going to have a horrible day, chances are, with that attitude you are likely to have a very awful day. Convince yourself that you are going to have a great day. Go out of your way to break out of routine and try and change your day around without it having a negative impact on your life. Talk to more people at the office, or change the place you work out in. If you can think it, you can do it.

Well boys, I know it seems like girl are impossible to figure out, and even more impossible to please. Well I am here to tell you that this is not the case. Making a women happy is really not that hard, all you really have to do is show her respect. However, there are a few things you can do to keep your girl happy and into you for the rest of your life if you choose.

One:

You've heard it in the songs, you've heard it from the books, and now you've heard it from me. The big thing everyone women wants is respect. If you can give your women the equality and respect she deserves she will stay happy. This means never put her down for being a women, never make fun of her for having to deal with certain things, and never ever tease her for being emotional, because most of the time we cant help it.

Two:

Allow your women to give her opinion, this goes hand in hand with the first step of giving your women respect. This is key if you want a women to be happy. All it really takes is for you to ask her opinion on things. This doesn't mean u necessarily have to take her opinion into action, but it does mean taking it into consideration. This shows her that you actually care about what she has to say about things, showing her that you care.

Three:

Pride. This is the most important thing you must share with your women. If you are not proud of her or appreciate her, then this relationship is doomed to fail in itself. You much be proud of your girl. This doesn't mean showing her off all the time, but it definitely consists of taking her out every once in a while to a dinner or a movie. This will keep things young and fresh in your relationship. If you follow these three things you are sure to keep your lady madly in love with you.

What To Do During A Fight With Your Boyfriend or Girlfrien

Many of you who have been in a fight with your significant other have always managed to do the wrong thing. Whether it be leaving them alone or getting in their face about it. Both of these are things that though many couples say they like, never work. The most important factor in this is knowing your partner and how they normally handle fights. However, here are three techniques that you can try in order to smooth things over with your boyfriend or girlfriend.

One:

Do not yell. If you are in a fight with your significant other it is pretty safe to say that there is a great deal of yelling going on. This is completely normally, but it does absolutely nothing to help the fight. Yelling just boils up your body temperature and allows the person your fighting with to not listen at all to what your saying. When yelling, just stop and say I don't want to yell, this isn't helping at all lets jus talk about it. When one person breaks it down like that it completely stops what is going on and allows you both to catch your breath.

Two:

Never, under any circumstances walk away. Sometime when your so heated and you try to stop the yelling and it doesn't work, you just want to get out of their and leave. This doesn't help either. Chances are you are going to drive, driving when mad is not safe, so if you must leave, go for a walk to don't leave the house, leave the room or go sit outside. This is way better than walking out, leaving the room shows him or her that you are going to think about things without leaving them.

Three:

Hug it out. This seems a bit cliché and stupid, but it works. If you go up to your boyfriend or girlfriend and just hug them and kiss them, this will change the mood. It will not take the heat away and the pain of the fight but it will calm one another down. Allowing for you to take a deep breathe and them slowly like adults talk about your problems that you have. This works almost every time.
